The scrappy whiteboard photo goes in. A presentation comes out. You will see the same content run through Copilot, Claude, NotebookLM, and Gamma, and watch how differently each one thinks. By the end of the hour you will know which tool to reach for and how to get something you would put in front of your boss's boss.
Lab 2: Give AI a Memory

This is where AI stops guessing. Load it with what it needs to know, your files, your notes, your documents, and it answers from those instead of making things up. We start with a home inventory, because it is harmless and it proves the point, then take the same method into the work that matters: SOPs, employee handbooks, client histories, research libraries.
Lab 3: Plug AI Into the Rest of Your Life

Copying and pasting between windows is where most people give up. Connectors let AI reach into the tools you already use, your calendar, your email, your files, your books, and work there directly. We build on things that are actually yours: the side business, the volunteer board, the household finances. This is what your own paid account can do without anyone's permission.
