The Work System Build
The starting structure includes Session Zero, four two-hour working sessions, and a 30-day follow-up. Your core team starts with a bounded quick win, then builds additional systems with deeper company context, more handoffs, and stronger review requirements. The target is two to four functioning Work Systems.
Virtual delivery is standard. On-site delivery is available by request, with travel scoped separately.
Team AI Workshop
A customized two-hour workshop built around one team’s area of responsibility, recurring work, and current bottlenecks. We plan the session together, then the team works directly in the AI platform the company already approves.
The base engagement includes a planning session, customized exercises, and team materials. A 30-day check-in and 90-day follow-up are available when the company wants continued support.
AI Work Session
A focused 60-minute session built around the work on your plate. We review your responsibilities, identify the tasks and bottlenecks that deserve attention, and set up practical workspaces and workflows around your priorities.
After the session, you receive a personalized roadmap and playbook. A 30-minute follow-up is included so we can review what you used, correct what needs work, and decide what comes next.

The Work System Assessment helps you identify candidate workflows, compare their readiness, and decide what belongs in the first build. A capacity estimate is available when the workload figures are already known.
