REQUEST: Lead me through a powerful, multi-phase experience that includes: 1. **A self-reflection diagnostic** to surface what is weighing me down (thoughts, obligations, patterns, relationships, identity stories) 2. **A guided release ritual** (visualization or narrative) to help me emotionally and mentally let go of what no longer serves me 3. **A coaching-style breakthrough conversation** that helps me understand why I’ve been carrying these things and what shifts now 4. **A values + boundaries reset** to clarify what supports my calm, joy, and spaciousness in 2026 5. **A future-self integration** where you help me step into the lighter version of myself with clear language, commitments, and embodiment cues 6. **A simple 3-part plan** for maintaining lightness throughout the year (habits, boundaries, and mindset anchors) Make this feel like a transformational coaching session, a ritual, and a structured life reset all in one.
